Payment of Course
Course payment must be received in full 5 days prior to the course date.
If a course is booked within 5 days of the scheduled course date, full payment must be made within 24 hours of booking.
Payment can be made in person at any ANZ branch or via internet banking.
Once a booking is confirmed an email will be sent confirming course date. A tax invoice will also be attached in the email. All pricing is in Australian Dollars
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the course date.
If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of course date 50% of the total individual fee will be charged. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
If a cancelled booking is transferred to another date the cancellation fee with be wavered once.
If a course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will be offered a transfer onto another session at no additional cost.
Safe Hands Infant First Aid reserves the right to cancel courses or change the course date if necessary.

Safe Hands Infant First Aid only obtains personal information from a client that is necessary for conducting First Aid Courses and providing ongoing information of any updates to teaching materials and further courses offered.
Any personal information collected by Safe Hands Infant First Aid is protected by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Victoria) which protects the rights and privacy of individuals.
We will not disclose personal information to secondary parties. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that all personal information we collect is stored securely.

All materials, study aids, forms and associated information that participants encounter with their dealing with Safe Hands Infant First Aid remain the property of Safe Hands Infant First Aid and can be used as promotional material.
